Ask
the participants – “Suppose you have been selected for a job, what is the first
thing you should expect from the employer?”
Introduce
contract: also highlight that in Bangladesh there are various contract types.
Ask trainees about types of contracts. Discuss informal types of contracts and
formalised contracts. Also refer to the Labour Law, that in principle written
contracts should be given in all cases.
