Introduce the session. Ask
trainees “Do you agree that we all have problems?” The participants will
say yes. Then invite them to share some of the problems that they faced.
They will mention problems from different
areas of life like family, education, job, community, relationships, may be
political. Pick up a convenient problem among the ones they raised. Draw two
dimensions of the problem as “actual condition” and “desired condition”. Then,
explain what problem is, using the following slides or flip chart.
