Distribute one Metacard to each of the trainees and ask trainees to write down one big decision they currently have to make in the field of work or studies. Emphasise that the information on the card should really matter and have consequences. Highlight that the contribution will remain confidential.
Scan cards and identify 5-6 tough decisions. Put them onto a Flipchart. Change the wording so that confidentially is kept. Highlight that trainees are in an age where they have to take really tough decisions with consequences in their future.
Then explain how decision making can improve one’s life making better decisions.
