Ask trainees, what people think about HIV/AIDS and how they react when they know that a person is infected. Discuss what happens to men, women, children in this context.  
Summarise the case study mentioned in the instruction sheet. Encourage the students to read it.

Ask whether some students would like to read it and make a short presentation about the case.
