discussion, highlight that it is not always easy to stand up for own needs and
wants. Speaking up for oneself, while
being put under pressure needs to be practiced.
Summary
Sum up the session
highlighting the do’s and the don’ts for assertiveness. Discuss that in the
workplace too assertiveness is a very important skill, which makes work easier
and increases the fun at work. Show the following slide or flip chart to convey
the summary.
