Sensitise about health and posture at work: Ergonomics

Sensitise about health and posture at work: Ergonomics    50 Min
Ergonomics is concerned with the design of workplaces, tools, and tasks that match the physiological, anatomical, and psychological characteristics and capabilities of the worker. If measures are taken which ensure that the work environment prevents physical discomfort, fatigue and ailments will be reduced. Better working conditions not only help reducing worker injuries but can also ensure improved productivity.
Visual Aid  3.4.30: Ergonomic Basics

·        Increased efficiency and productivity
·        Improved quality and fewer errors
·       Improved morale

Ask the trainees to extend their arm and keep it in the same position for 5 mins without changing the posture. Let them share the experience afterwards.
