Role of nutrition for health

Hand Wash
Before doing work in kitchen
After using toilet
After blowing nose
After using money, touching animals, going to market, work
Washing feet
Immediately when coming home
Washing hand and mouth after food
After having food

Highlight that most infections, especially colds and gastroenteritis, are caught when we put our unwashed hands, which have germs on them, to our mouth. So it is important to keep hands clean in a proper way and many times a day.

Also highlight that there are more points which are relevant for a healthy lifestyle using the following slide or flip chart.
