Introduce why clarifying a task is extremely important
to improve dialogue between employee and supervisor/employer. Listening well
and asking, in case of lack of clarity about what is expected in more detail
can prevent misunderstandings and conflict. Refer to earlier discussions about
effective communication and dialogue.
