disabilities? List incidences mentioned by trainees. Highlight that sometimes,
barriers prevent capable people to participate.

A sensitive employer, teacher, person in general will see that it does,
for many DAPs not require massive efforts to include them and let them
participate. Commitment and the belief that people have capabilities is
important. Discuss with the trainees, what can be done in the following areas
for the following people:

Deaf people

Blind people
Also ask them what they as individuals can do to
include people with disabilities. Show some examples and if possible the video below
to the trainees.
