to make a choice.

goals and values.
Note: All decisions have consequences!

Point out that people make
small decisions every day but also big decisions.
Divide the examples came up earlier as small
and big. Then give more examples of small and big decisions using the following
slides or flip charts.

Now, discuss with trainees about consequences
in the case of small or big decisions and highlight that particularly for big
decisions, consequences are significantly more defining than in the case of
small decisions.
