Introduce the session by
asking trainees how people communicate. List a few statements.
Highlight that as soon as
there is interaction with other people, we communicate. Communicating is an
important underlying task associated with almost all the work we do. So
understanding communication and doing it effectively is very important for all
of us.
Ask trainees what
communication is. Tell the participants that let us try to understand what
