Handout Exercise How students use time (15 Mins)

Invite some of the participants to share their feelings about time utilisation. Then explain the importance of time using the following slide or visual aid.
Invite some of the trainees to share their feelings about time utilisation. Do they feel they are using their time well? Do they never have time for anything? Ask them, whether they are using their time properly? 
Do they waste time? At home, at work? If yes, where? List the key areas of time wastage during the day. Highlight that some areas are in the trainee’s control, some are not

Ask trainees how they feel when they are ‘wasting time’. How it feels when it is not in their control and when it is in their control. What impact does it have if one wastes time?
