TSPs and their instructors should have undergone the training themselves and be convinced about the content and the messages before they can teach others. During the modules, instructors should also ensure:
·         Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)
·         Congenial learning environment
·         Organised and clean classroom
·         Punctuality
·         Special attention to trainees with special needs
·         Maintain attendance register
·         Session delivery as per plans
·         Maintain assignment/assessment register for each student
·         Visual presentation
