Labour Right and Recent Work

·         If employment of an employee ceases due to retirement, discharge, retrenchment, dismissal, termination or any other reason all amounts due to him/her be paid by the employer within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) working days, following the date of cessation of his/her employment.
An employee is entitled to statutory benefits in the case of injury or accident in the course of employment.
