Discrimination at the
workplace is a serious problem in the Bangladesh labour market. As discussed in
the first module according to the Bangladeshi Constitution and the Labour Law, any
form of discrimination is illegal. Reflect with the trainees about earlier
discussed stereotypes and discriminatory practice and consolidate the
discussion in the context of the Constitution and Labour Law.
