Visual Aid 1.6.5: Process of Time Management

Minimise interruptions
1.    Switch off your mobile during work/training
2.    Avoid chatting around
3.    Stay focused
4.    Immediately address machine break downs
5.    Stay focused
6.    Plan your travels to minimum time waste
Keep healthy to attend regularly
Ask trainees whether they are interested in managing their time better.  After getting the positive response, introduce the “To-do-list” for prioritising and managing time.

Ask the participants to prepare tomorrow’s to-do-list. When they finish ask them to share with other participants. And then invite discussions and comments. Ask 1 trainee to fill the to-do list on a Flip Chart.
