Introducing self-analysis 10 Min
Note: this is an important session for which you as an instructor needs
to be prepared well. You should have undergone the self-analysis yourself and
reflected about your own existence and goals.
Start with greetings and brief introduction. Invite two or three
trainees, give each them one balloon (1 coin inside the balloon). Ask them to
watch the balloons and allow them to say something about the balloons. They
tend not to check the inside of the balloon.
Ask them to check what is inside the balloon and let them tell their
findings to the class.
Ask trainees to go back to their places.
Explain that we many times miss to see things from inside.
